Training never ends for agents at Friedberg Properties. In order to be current with the real estate market, economic and business trends, technology and New Jersey MLS system enhancements, school time for a Friedberg agent is important. In house training is a big part of what we do and we have professional education days as well.
Shown here is an in house training session just held at our Englewood Cliffs Office. Jeff Lattimer is working with a New Jersey MLS instructor who’s teaching Jeff the latest system enhancements. Working one on one with Jeff just like a personal trainer helps him learn the material thoroughly and efficiently.
The Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors and the Real Source Board of Realtors both cover Bergen County and have excellent seminars too which our agents and managers attend regularly. Teaching at these meetings can range from using social media such as Facebook and Twitter to testing well water properly. Education is important at Friedberg because we never stop honing our skills and our professionalism.
